we all have what works for us. I am of this mind set pretty much. I tell myself that if I’m good on eating today and exercising then tomorrow I can cheat.. It’s not 100% but works pretty well for me or has so far.. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything cause I know that I can always cheat tomorrow..0
