Recovery Day: 3.0 mile run in 35:52, Avg Pace 11:58, Splits 12:09 - 11:57 - 11:46, 91F, 71DP, Sunny, Streak 10. Forced myself to run slow, wasn't too much of a struggle
Saw a flying pelican, a fishhawk, lots of ducks, baby lizards, one lizard couldn't have been longer than an inch including the tail.
WTD: 9
MTD: 90 -

7/2: 4.1 miles

Month to date: 11.3 of 100 miles.

In in for 100 miles this month.
Ran 13.1 miles yesterday and I'm going to try to rest today. This month I'm focusing on getting in shorter (<10 mile), but more frequent runs instead of killing myself and having to take days off all the time.0 -
Sign me up for this month too! I enjoyed having something to keep me accountable last month.....even though I was a couple miles shy of my goal. My goal again will be 50 miles. It seems so small compared to everyone else's but I hope to be able to run 100+ miles someday!0

First run of the month today thanks to some thunder showers yesterday. Tuesday track workout - total 3 miles. 2 warmup laps, 200/400/600/400/200 at 5k race pace. 2 laps of team sprint drills, 2 warm down laps.0
