I will tell you what has helped me a lot lately is drinking 2 glasses of really cold water before I eat my main meals. That is 6 glasses of water throughout the day for sure, and I try to drink 1 glass of really cold water before any snacks also. Not only is it good to drink water, it is good to drink it before meals...it fills you up! ((my biggest thing is portion size))
Good luck to you all and lets all of us meet our goals this time around (for those that didn't last time) and for those that did make their goals last time...CONGRATS!!!!

Just to give everyone some ideas, if you already drink enough water to pass on the mini challenge like I do, I am going to challenge myself to hit my RDA for calcium (something I am always way short on) I figure it is still a necessary nutrient like water and fills the same purpose as challenging a non-water drinker to drink their water.
That's a great idea! I already drink quite a bit of water myself so I think I'll try your calcium challenge. I am always a bit low. And I was just wondering what I was going to do for my challenge.

Are you not using are initial weights at the beginning of the challenge for the chart? When i joined the group last week i weighed in at 199 but you have my starting weight as 195.5 which was my weight for this week, just curious0 -

Yesterday was the actual starting date for the challenge so your weigh-in for that day is what was used. No weights were required on the join date (it was the ending week for the previous challenge) but some people filled out the chart ahead of time. Hope that helps and best of luck!!

Hi there ... i am not sure if i am confused or if just it was enter in wrong ... my start weight as 199 and my weigh in this week was 195.5. On the chart you have my start weight as 195.5 instead of 199. Is start weight our week one result? See below

Like others I already drink btw 9 and 16 cups of water a day. The area I struggle with is exercise (I hate to sweat!!)
For that reason and I just purchased a new treadmill yesterday I am challenging myself to walk everyday this week.
I am starting very slowing b/c in the past when I have jumped right in I have overwhelmed myself and given up as a result. So please no laughing I may be overly grown body wise but I am a baby at exercising.0 -
