    I just looked up "Winner" in the dictionary and there was a picture of you at the side of it.

    Seriously dude, you're a true inspiration. I would even settle for reaching your "skinny fat" stage but you've shown us you can go so far beyond that. And more importantly, without freaking out about math, without fad-dieting, without jumping on bandwagons or falling for scare tactics or working out every waking second. It's an honor to call you a friend.
