You are an inspiration. I am definately getting the DVD on my way home tonight. If the walmart near me doesn't have it I'll order it. Can't wait to start. Plus I'm joining a gym for the aquatic workouts...love those...feel the burn without sweating....awesome.0

I have been so inspired by the success stories and photos here. So, I wanted to contribute my results from the 30 Day Shred. I did it for 30 consecutive days (which I still can't believe I didn't miss a day!!). I'm very happy with my results.
I lost 5.5 lbs, 3" off my waist and 3.5" off my hips.
I still have a bit more to loose and am hoping that between the C25K (I'm about to start week 5), 6 Week 6 Pack, and Ripped in 30 can all help me get there.
I didn't take a Day 1 photo of my back (wish I would have) but here's Day 10--after Level 1.
Here's to the next 30 days!!!!!!!!!!!!
