i don't care if other dress like that, but i wouldn't.
maybe once i lose some weight ;P0 -
i think at work its inappropriate and even with some family functions etc. Like if im with my parents/inlaws of some sort I kinda make sure I am not over exposed...I don't know that's just me. Now that I'm a mom, i still have a little cleavage but not un-tastefully were ppl stare at me. I am also a DD so i make sure tops fit my body in a comfortable way.
But hey if you feel comfortable then go for it !0 -
I'm a 32H and i struggle to keep them hidden away but as a christian and just in myself i prefer to keep them as "away" as i can! I don't want anyone perving on my boobs and they bug me most of the time. Not that i don't think boobs are great but why does anyone want to see what I've got? It doesn't kill to think that most people don't want to see everything, so try and dress with a bit of respect for yourself and for others.
On the other hand, that won't stop me from wearing a tank top on a hot day, i just try to get the right size and not one that shows everything. And i try to wear an appropriate bra so they're not up and out and in mine and others faces! Or i wear a really light little cardigan over the top so i'm still cool but covered. There are options without having it all hanging out!0 -
No, I don't wear it to work, just when I'm out enjoying the summer weather like a beach or going to get ice cream, that sort of scenario.
if you're on your own time, then flaunt your goods.
Says the lady showing cleavage in her profile pic
Hunny, God gave them to you, show them!! I was a 40H at one point.. now I'm more like a 36E, but I flaunt my whenever, wherever.. if anyone has something to say about that they can buy me a new wardrobe. I still wouldn't wear that crap anyway!0 -
I JUST HAD MY GIRLS DONE AND YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE THE LOOKS I GET NOW....
I GET DIRTY LOOKS FROM WOMEN BECAUSE THEY ARE SO NEW I CAN'T WEAR BRA'S YET AND MY NIPPLES GET HARD. NOT MY FAULT, I'M HUMAN AND IT'S ACTUALLY PAINFUL.
MEN SEEM TO ENJOY THE VIEW BUT THIS COULD BE THE MUSCLE TANKS I WEAR OR THE TOPS I AM IN. I DON'T REALLY SHOW MUCH BUT THEY ARE PERKY SO THEY KIND OF COMMAND ATTENTION LOL.
AS THEY HEAL THEY ARE DROOPING A LITTLE MORE AND I DIDN'T GET IMPLANTS SO THE FULLNESS AT THE TOP IS SETTLING INTO A MORE TEARDROP NATURAL SHAPE. I WILL BE GLAD WHEN I CAN FINALLY WEAR A SEXY PUSH UP BRA.
THEN I'M REALLY GONNA GET SOME LOOKS0 -

Living in TO I find that if you're overweight you're immediately judged for showing cleavage etc. but if you're thin you can wear whatever you want and show as much skin as you want no matter if you look bad or aren't attractive and you're hot and congratulated for doing it. I find the weight thing automatically determines what guys in TO think is appropriate for you to wear, how you should act, what your worth is, whether you can beautiful, etc.....I say, if you feel comfortable in it then wear it!0

Cleavage is always welcome wherever I am

<~~~ cleavage? yes, please.
Seriously though, if I showed cleavage at work I'd never get anything done for all the asshats hovering in my office doorway. . .0 -
Big, small, covered, on display.... I love boobies! :flowerforyou:
I'd like to second this0 -
I'm a dude, so my answer to this one should be pretty obvious. haha Although I suppose it does depend on the situation of course. Certain work environments, maybe not. Anything that is on your own time, screw what other people think.0

Cleavage is a gift from the gods! I like to look, so showing it is a good thing!0

Like it's been stated before, it depends on the venue and place your going to. If it's just a bit of cleavage it's fine in most places. There's a difference between cleavage, and if they are popping out. If they are popping out where everyone can see them, then yeah most of the time it's disgusting. But if it's just cleavage, no one should care. if your wearing a bra, and that can't be seen, you should be fine. I personally don't care too much about the cleavage and crap. It's when I see hugely obese women trying to wear a bikini, or shirt that comes above their stomach. Not trying to be mean, I'm overweight, but I also know what works for me, and everyone should know what works for them.0

If you have confidence then I say if you got it flaunt it. Personally I don't as I hate my big breasts and when I lose weight, surgery is no 1 for a breast reduction personally choice for myself.0

I'd get my boobs out more often if I had the body for it. ;P0

Hunni if they don't like it don't look0

depends on the circumstances.. at my work is not appropriate, although when I'm having an enforcement meeting with an industry that is violating its permit, I may get the men to cooperate more....but then again, they won't be listening to what I have to say . And when I am at something for my daughter, I don't feel its appropriate or respectful to my daughter0

People are way too judgmental, at least in the US. I wonder how much of that stems from jealousy? 50%? 75%? More?0 -
Ok Ladies - so all this being said...I think we should declare this weekend "I don't give a damn about what people think about my cleavage" weekend and sport some cleavage!!0

Best. Answer. Ever!0 -
I used to have really low self esteem, especially about my breasts (hello 42G/40H). But as I've found proper fitting bras, cleavage isn't as much of an issue for me anymore. A good fitting bra makes all the difference and can sometimes be the decider between appropriate cleavage and inappropriate. I work as a private nanny, and so I am outside with the kids all day in the 100+ degree weather. I'm not sporting my push up bra, or vnecks but I wear tank tops. With large breasts you're going to have cleavage almost all the time, no matter what you wear.
While I do recognize there is a time and place, women should not feel ashamed of their bodies and should be able to be comfortable at work and at home.0 -

Whatever you paid, it was a real bargin!0 -
For anyone unsure of whether they are showing too much cleavage, take a picture and send it to me. I'll be able to give you a thought out, objective answer. And I'll do it for free.0

As long as the cleavage is from the top half and not the bottom I think you are fine.0
