    Well guys, I may have to call it quits this month for the 100 miles. Went for a jog today and screwed my knee up something fierce. Ended up hyper extending it and now it's swollen and I can't even walk on it. We'll see how things go, but I don't have high hopes right now.

    3.5 miles run today making my total so far 8 miles of running. Got an 8 mile run planned for tomorrow so just about on track :)
  • 7/1 - 2.25 mile (walk/run + some strength training)
    7/2 - 2.5 mile (walk/run)
    7/3 - 18 mile (walk/bike + some strength training)
    7/4 - 1.5 mile (walk + some strength training)
    7/5 - 17 mile (walk/bike)
    7/6 - 1 mile (walk) *rest/refuel day*
    7/7 - 26 mile (walk/bike)

    total = 68.75

    I need all the help i can get. My daughter said Daddy maybe you can lose some weight so we can ride rides together. Brought a tear to my eye but also motivated me. IM IN!!

    I won't update but just wanted to drop in and boast a bit :D

    I will hit 100 miles on the mt bike tomorrow just for this week. I just had it fixed a few weeks ago after it sat in the garage for over a decade. I ROCK!!!

    You can do it!!! Every mile makes the next one that much easier.

    July 4: 1.64mi (on treadmill)
    July 5: 10.25mi (stationary bike)

    Well have managed 20 miles so far, and feel good for it. Must push on over the next few weeks to get over the line. Football training helps!!!

    I would log my longest run of the year (6.41 miles) the day before this starts. :grumble:

    I'm in. Between running, walking the dog, cycling, a little elliptical at the gym and hopefully some weekend hiking I think I can find 100 miles to burn up. :wink:

    I'm keeping an offline log and only checking in periodically, so here goes:
    July 1: 4.56 mile - walking the dog
    July 2: 5.00 mile run + 0.35 mile cool down walk, 1.55 mile dog walk
    July 3: 2.25 mile on elliptical, 2.97 dog walk
    July 4: 5.70 mile run + 0.40 mile cool down walk, 3.68 mile dog walk
    July 5: 4.41 mile dog walk
    July 6: 3.91 mile dog walk
    July 7: 3.1 mile run (timed 5k race in 26:11)

    Still have a dog walk to do on July 7th, but I'm at 37.88 miles and counting.
