silly but....my small victory was not eating after dinner. That was a big deal fo rme.0

Going to the restaurant with some friends for wing night... they sat there and ate wings and fried greasy food, and I ordered a salad... a month ago I would of ordered fries and like 12 wings so that's my nsv for today0

Went to Home Depot today and purchased leather hole puncher. Punched 3 holes in my belts, Yay!!
Went to Costco and picked up new pair of Calvin Klein jeans SIZE 32. Another Yay!!0 -
So THAT'S what an NSV is! I didn't want to ask...
Haven't done much yet as I only got up an hour ago and the cleaner is still here, but I will let you know later0 -

My favorite "slim" summer shorts fit over my bum and tummy today! Now if only they didn't have holes in the pockets.0

Today I went to the doctor and she officially took me off of my high blood pressure medication! YAY!

I spent most of my day running around after my 6 year old cousin at a family get together and was exhausted when I got home, still nagged myself to get my work out done though and I feel great for it0

went bathing suit shopping, took about 20 suits into the dressing room and had to return them all as the bottoms were too big!!!0

took the time to research a restaurant I will be going to tonite, chose what to order, research nutritional info and logged in MFP---

I had to adjust my bra straps..and latch on the next smaller hooks...YEAH!!0

I'm doing a run/walk thing (one that starts much more gently than Couch to 5K) and the first 30 second long run today felt great! The rest of them weren't so good, but a few weeks ago when I was throwing in occasional running spurts just to see if I could, 10 seconds was kind of awful. So I'm improving!0

Eating a salad with mango salsa and turkey for lunch after getting some gardening done. I could so have just sat around.0

I'm trying to work my way back into jogging/running (hoping to do a 10 mile race next year). I did 20+ minutes on the treadmill and could've kept going at pace0

Ran 6 miles without stopping for first time ever and could probably have done more if it wasnt starting to get dark :happy:0

Went out to do my walk this morning and it had finally cooled down a tad, but the NSV was that in the course of my walk, I *felt the urge* and followed it~~to jog a bit! This unheard of for me, soooooooo.....I am thinking I am on my way to maybe becoming a runner...or at least wanting to be...YAY!!0
