This sucks big time! No loss to speak of.
I just started doing 30DS and I'm quite sore also my fingers are bloated. Guess I'm retaining water?
Well that's the story I stick to. Hopefully next weig in is better.
Also I'm using my own scale, and it doesn't weigh the same as my cunsultants.
