    Yippy! I'm starting to see a trend in how my weight goes down through the month. Two weeks it drops and the other two it stays around the same. Strange, but at least it's going down.

    I'm starting to picture myself lean and strong. Just picked up an order of cupcakes for my kid and I didn't even have the desire to eat one...could only think about the results of taking in all those carbs. :happy:

    I am posting today to mark my place. I will weigh in for the week on Monday. I have been looking at everyone's posts - everyone is doing so well! I am kind of stuck - I seem to lose a bit one week and then stall out for a couple of weeks, then repeat. It is very frustrating!

    Woop finally some movement ! After being sick at the beginning of the month I didn't have the energy to exercise, however it appears that exercise really does speed up my weight loss. Only did 30ds 3 times this week which helped

    Yes! I showed a better loss this week. It was a very good week overall, worked out every day but two days and ate within my calories almost everyday. The quality of the food was questionable but I'm still trying to work on that! I will get better, I've promised myself!

    Goal this week is to lose 1 lb! That would leave me about 1/2 lb to lose in the last three days of the month to meet my 5 lb goal! YES! We can do this! Bring on August for another five next. :happy:

    I'm a little annoyed at the 1 lb gain but I've been doing Insanity and I think it may be muscle gain, IDK...

    Back on track and feeling good this morning. Exercised a little bit less and ate more calories this past week than the week before but still lost weight.Crazy how weight fluctuates so much. I think changing to weighing myself just once a week helped. Before I was weighing myself 4 times a day and that's just crazy and stressful. I'd like to get under 280 before the end of the month, we'll see how close I get.
