    I almost forgot completely to check in! It looks like everyone is doing pretty well. I just started the whole "Eat More to Weigh Less" way of life, and upped my calories from 1500 to 2000 this week. So far so good!

    I weigh everyday but don't officially log it unless I see a new low. Some weeks seem so long that I'm not really sure what pace I'm losing- I love being able to look at it in this format and see my weekly progress!

    Wow, an injury has slowed me down, but not giving up. I can do this!!!
    Pushing with running everyday and eating much better. I should have no trouble reaching my goal weight, might push to be at 200 by the end of the month!!

    Hopefully I can lose 2 lbs to make my goal by the end of the month. I seem to be losing 1 lb. a week steadily so I'm going to have to work extra hard this week to see if I can do it.
