This ^^^^ About 100 calories of a nice 85% dark chocolate. Get my fix and some great antioxidants at the same time. Nice!!0 -
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
I skip the more chocolate, but the rest looks good0 -
The Fiber One Brownie Bars are now coming out in different flavors, They are chocolate, but small. I like the new chocolate with peanut butter drizzled on top, they also have a cookie flavor. I take mine sometimes and microwave it for 10 - 12 seconds then top with two tablespoons of lite cool whip. Healthy Choice also has out a good size chocolate fudge ice cream bar with not a lot of calories and is good for fiber. Another good thing that I love is the weight watcher's desserts- especially the cookie dough sundae. Skinny Cow has out some good ice cream sandwiches, the chocolate peanut butter ones are good- they are running 150 calories.
Good luck!
.
mmmm the fiber one bars are great....had one yesterday but I like the idea of the cool whip on top0 -
Depends on the day, sometimes I'm just craving something sweet, sometimes chocolate specifically, sometimes nothing at all. When I do crave it though, I go for at least 85% cocoa. I don't always stick to the same brand, but most of the time it's the Lindt Excellence. Sometime I go for their Orange Intense, because it has tiny bits of orange as well as slivered almonds. YUM.
Only one square usually, though.0 -

I have nothing against dark chocolate, but it's possible you have a magnesium deficiency and that's why you're craving it. Get yourself a supplement and see if it makes a difference (it did for me).0

Well last week I craved chocolate immensely and ate one small coconut bite. It was 93 of pure heaven, I haven't craved it for ages now.0

It's probably not the sugar. Chocolate mimics endorphins, which is why it's sometimes considered a natural antidepressant.

chocolate protein shake
or a sugarfree chocoperfection bar
or if you wannt low cal ice cream- artic zero has only 150 cals per pint!!!!
or eat dark chocolate
or take unsweetened cocoa powder and add whatever you want to it. for example if you want to make a chocolate mouse add cream and stevia
or mix it with water and peanut butter and put that over nuts or fruit and freeze it0 -
instant fix: Chocolate PB2 (I make 1/4 cup, and add 2 packets of Truvia for a bit more sweet) mix it up, and dunk mini pretzels (20 are 110 calories).
for both it's only 200 calories - and mega delicious. When I was on vacation with the family, they'd sit around with cookies and milk for a night time snack, and I grabbed my chocolate/peanutbutter/pretzel indulgence. My husband actually preferred the peanut butter and chocolate combo with pretzels, and after a few nights he was asking for THAT instead of the cookies:) YUM!0 -

I usually just eat it. Not very often (maybe every month or so) but if I'm craving it, then I just eat a small piece. I don't really like milk chocolate, so dark chocolate it is! Lindt has a good one!0
