I wish I knew how to post pics on here. I'll figure it out when I have the patience. Otherwise, add me as a pal and you can see my pics. I'm 5ft 3, was 179, down to 137 and I was a 16/18 and now I'm in a size 8/10 and they are a little baggy.
Keep focused on your goals and you will get there! Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a diet. You want to stay healthier for the rest of your life, not just temporarily. You can do it!0 -

im 5'4" and started in january 2012 at 157 on the left. the right is 5 months later at about 126. Im now 123 and trying to maintain. went from a size 11/13 to a now 3/5 and old navy a size 0 or 2!!!! i've never been this thin/healthy in my life good luck everyone0 -

5'4'' I'm about 138. I'm currently looking to tone a lot more. I wear a size 5/6 pant. I haven't done any special diets or anything. Just been working my butt off and trying to remember, everything in moderation.
Started almost 300. Not sure of the exact weight here, but it was my heaviest.
Current weight of 138.

Well, I'm also one of these short people (5'3) at this time I am 148lbs the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I feel so embrassed because I can hardly wear anything in my closet and have resorted to just wearing long dresses at this time. Its so hard when you are short because we all know the shorter you are the worst you look when the weight is put on. I have all my progress pics on bodybuilding.com and just using this site for my calorie/food tracker at this time. I will definently have to come on here and post the end of my transformation. My short term goal at this time is to lose about 12-15 lbs by my bday (Sept. 14) which is about 7.5 weeks away so I know that if I lose about 2lbs a week I will be within that goal weight frame. I am going to Panama City and refuse to be a fat cow in a bathing suit! Good luck to all in your transformation and new lifestyles!0

This really is good inspiration. I'm 5'3 and want to lose a total of 50 pound. How long do you think it will take? My food intake is around 1200 a day- though I don't know if I'll be able to continue with that. Right now I'm exercising daily, but I go back to work in August, and probably won't be able to exercise more than 3 times a week.0

Here's my latest before and after. I still have trouble seeing the difference, but MAN do I ever FEEL the difference!!! At 5'4" I had about 90 lbs to lose and I'm halfway there!!
