I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years, played softball, danced in HS and college, ran track and played basketball. Fast forward to now... I am pushing 40, I've had 3 children, and I've never had problems till after I…

Getting Fit like Jennie Kim
Hi! I just made an account here to stay motivated in exercising and toning myself. I'm 99 lbs, and am not necessarily looking to lose a lot of weight, but more to tone myself, and lose ~5-7 inches at the waist, and ~2-3 inches in the legs.

Beach ball belly
I've lost over 10 kgs last few months, (I was 116 kgs), but further last 2 months I haven't been able to get below 103kgs. Plus so sick of my belly. Looks like I went to the beach and a beach ball landed in there. Anyone got tips on flattening the belly? Thanks. Cheers. Ken 😀!

Hello - 50 in August - my goal for weight loss
This isn't my first rodeo with MyFitnessPal but it's like my comfort blanket weight loss app. For 40 years I was thin and athletic but early perimenopause kicked me in the metabolism quite badly and for the last 9 years I have gone over my goal/standard/normal weight by 2 and a half stone, and up nearly 3 dress sizes. I…

4 Million in 2024
Ok, here is my plan....... anyone who wants to join in would be welcome. 4 million steps in 2024...... that is an average of 11K per day. I am adding a few things myself, like food tracking and some short-circuit training, but the main drive is to get me back out walking. Starting Monday, maybe I can find some friends (or…

Lapsed ........ now I need to be back
My name is Will and well, I will admit, I am NOT back to where I was, but I am definitely more than my lowest. I have a goal for this year, I…

Once more into the fray
Hi. I'm Angela. I'm pushing 60 and am trying to lose significant weight for the third time in my life. The first time, I lost 50 lbs, by writing down my food and upping my exercise. The next two times, I lost ~50 lbs by using Weight Watchers. I hate the way they keep switching up the program, though, and after a ton of…

Strategies for staying focused.
Hi All, I'm at day 105 and to date, I have logged everything, been mindful of what I am eating and so far have lost 3 1/2 stone ( 49lbs) of the 10 stone (140lbs) that I want to lose. I weigh once a week and am part of a weight loss chat on WhatsApp with my children, where we take a photo of our scale results on Mondays and…

NYC, 10 years vegan, lifelong martial artist, yogi, new to food logging
Always lead a pretty active lifestyle but never stressed too hard about calorie or weight gain as I burned it all off. Just hit 30 and the rumors are true, you have to start watching what you eat even if you’re extremely active as I am! I’m an arborist, climber pruner for work, do Muay Thai, kyokushin karate, mma and bjj,…
