I need help...
I have lost and gained the same couple of pounds for months now. I have been much more active since I got my Fitbit on April 16th but my pounds won't budge. So i try to eat 6 times a day. 3 meals and 3 snacks. Which is fine during the weekends when I'm not working. Hi, yesterday was my first workout (stage 1-workout 1) and I couldn't believe how fast it went (not that it was easy!). It took me maybe 20mins to do. How fast do you do the exercises? How do you know if you're doing them too fast or too slow? I'm so used to Chalene telling me to slow down! Thanks!
