Im confused with all this bmr / tdee?
Mfp set my Cal's at 1500 to lose 2 lbs a week. My bmr is 1825. Idk what the tdee is yet I've read the sticky on it but I'm still confused . It seems like it doesn't matter if I eat the mfp recommended Cal 1500 or over the bmr 1825, I still gain weight. Not understanding that.

I have my calorie goal set to my TDEE - 15% (2,068) so it will tell me how many calories I have remaining based on that figure. Okay Let me make sure i have this right
I am 26 Weight 197 5'5 Workout 3-5 x a week with a sit down job My BMR is 1419 My TDEE is 2200 15% of TDEE is 1870 (?) So i need to eat every day 1870 including my workout days. If i burn 760 which would drop my intake to 1110 i need to eat atleast 309 calories to hit the BMR of 1419. Do i have the information correct?

Most accurate TDEE calculator
I've been using Scoobyworkshop to calculate my TDEE and notice how low they are. MFP calculates my BMR as 1428. Scoobyworkshop calculates it as 1052. It gives me a TDEE of 1630.
