This is fabulous!!!!!

...that I couldn't do it.

I'm 52. Since last April, I've lost just over 70 pounds (I'm less than half a pound away from losing 1/3 of my start weight) and weigh less now than I have in the last 30 years. I eat around 1200 calories a day (although I'm starting to play around with upping that), work out at least 5 times a week for anywhere upwards of…

I don't log it either, but I do wear my fitbit everyday, so my steps and stairs synch. I find that I usually get in at least 10000 steps and over 10 flights of stairs.

Congratulations! Isn't it wonderful!

I'm not nearly as adventurous as you, but, I have tried some new things (or am planning to try): - adding jogging into my treadmill walks - workouts I never would have even thought possible, TurboFire, for example - if we ever get snow that stays on the ground, I'm going to try snowshoeing - in March, I'm going to sign up…

I eat right around 1200 calories a day and have been since the beginning of April. I've lost almost 67 pounds in that time. I work out at least 5 days a week, and usually log 10000 steps on my fitbit daily. I never eat back my exercise calories. I eat well--primarily lean protein, fruit, veggies and dairy (cheese, greek…

Going from a BMI in the obese range at the start of April to the normal range. Having people at work comment (almost daily) on how good I look. Replacing my entire wardrobe.
-
Add in fruits and vegetables. Cut (way) back on sodium and sugar.

I'm 52 years old, 5''5" and my start weight at the beginning of April 2012 was 216 pounds. I was wearing size 20 pants comfortably (but could squeeze into some size 18s). I'm now just over 150 and wear a size 10 or 11 in pants (although, today I'm in 9s!). I'm less than a pound from my original goal, but plan to continue…

I'm 5'5" and 52 years old. Starting weight on April 2nd: 215.8 I was wearing size 20 pants and 2X tops Current weight: 151. I'm wearing between a 10 and a 12 in pants and usually a L in shirts (I'm not ready for tight tops) Goal: I'm one pound from my original goal, but I'm currently working on revising that because I…

1. Lost 65 pounds 2. Began working out on a regular (at least 5 times/week) basis 3. Put myself and my health first.

I'm 52 and have lost almost 55 pounds since the beginning of April this year. I have made changes to my diet, not simply for weight loss, but for my overall health. I am working out more, and harder, than I ever have in my life. I'm almost at the weight that I had originally set for my goal, but I know that I can do so…

My diary is open to my friends, but that doesn't impact my logging. I need to be 100% honest with myself, regardless of who is watching.

I did the program for 6 weeks and know that I will go back to it in the future. I'm doing some different things for a couple of months, but like Debbie's style.
-
I use a few of Leslie Sansone's walking workouts on days when I want to burn a ton of calories with low impact. I like the fact that you can tailor the intensity and the length of the workout.

I'm thinking that most healthy foods won't have 50 calories in a bite. The 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt I have for breakfast every morning has less than 70 calories. Yesterday, I had a huge plate of egg whites scrambled with peppers, onions, zucchini and mushrooms-the total for the entire plate was around 100 calories, but it…

50s "girl"--poodle skirt, pink twin set, white socks and sneakers. (My plus-size pirate wench costume that I wore for the past two years isn't anywhere close to fitting.)

I really liked the program and noticed a significant difference in my waist and in my endurance. If you are faithful to it, you should see some changes, but remember that nothing is a quick fix.

I have the same breakfast every day. Sounds boring, but I love it as much now as I did 6 months ago! Plain Greek yogurt with a squirt of agave syrup, about 1.5 tablespoons of sliced almonds and some berries. Yummy.

I originally set my goal at the top end of "normal". My weight has been a lifelong struggle; back in March losing 66 pounds seemed impossible. Now that I'm within 15 pounds of that goal, I'm know that I'm not going to stop there. I'm not sure where I'll end up; I'm not as concerned with the number on the scale as I am with…

I've been at 1200 a day since I started back in March. I try not to go below 1100, but am usually between 1100 and 1200. I'm not having any difficulty losing.
-
When I started, my goal weight seemed so far away--now i have less than 20 pounds to lose before I get there. I'm sure that I'll change it in the next couple of weeks. I do know, however, that once I reach my goal, I won't be going back to my "old ways". I'll keep up the dietary changes that I've made and the daily…

I'm usually just under 1200 a day. I'm losing steadily, feel great and am not hungry. I'm not eating rice, pasta or breads, so my calories are from protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. It's not for everyone, but is working well for me.
-
Yesterday, not one piece of clothing that I wore to work was "plus-size". I can now shop it the front of the store, not in the plus-size section in the back!
-
My goal is 1200, I'm usually between 1100 and 1200, which I don't struggle with at all. I rarely eat back exercise calories. I'm 5'5" and have lost just over 40 pounds since early April. It's working well for me.

I'm being much more successful and consistent with exercise now that I'm not going to the gym. Too easy, for me, to make excuses not to go to the gym, but excuses are harder when I work out at home. I alternate between several DVD workouts and YouTube videos and I never get bored. I also work harder, and get much sweatier,…

My best friend at work told me that she didn't say anything when she first saw me after two months (we're teachers) because she didn't want to embarrass me. She wondered if by saying how good I look now, I would think she was implying I didn't look good before. Stand tall and be proud of your accomplishments. You are doing…

I've done Weight Watchers (more than once), Herbal Magic, Zone and who knows what else. This is working for me like nothing else has.

Congratulations!
