I peel a banana and freeze it in cellophane in the morning. At night, after I finish eating, I LOVE to end my meal with something sweet. If I eat the frozen banana - I'm full from dinner and the banana lets my pallate end on a sweet note.

Never tried any of the powdered ones - figure they're gonna taste nasty. I use the Muscle Milk liquid - lite vanilla or light chocolate. Put it in the blender w/ a cup or so of crushed ice, make it into a milkshake kind of drink. REALLY good.

60 min of Zumba burns almost 500 calories. 60 min on the Elliptical at level 10 burns about 600 calories. Walking an hour burns MAYBE 200. Love walking, but for the biggest burn - Zumba and Elliptical. Zumba is cardio and uses all your muscle groups - and it's not exercise when it's to great music!

I think it's more common sense eating - DON'T eat junk foods. DO eat vege's, fruits and a little bit of everything else.
