Hi all, I used to be a part of this group for a few months two years back. Fell off the wagon and gained weight back. My goal is to build healthy habits by eating under my calorie goal and getting some exercise everyday. All the best everyone !

Yes to all three. Stepped on the scale this morning and found that I gained some of the weight I had lost last week. I know that I shouldn’t think about it too much and have to just hold on. Fingers crossed 🤞 staying positive.

Exercise : Yes - 15 min dumbbell workout plus some walking tracking : yes calories : yes but barely. I wasn't very happy with my eating, it wasn't very healthy. At around 3 pm I got very hungry and ate a lot of fried food. I was over my calorie goal at that point, then went for a walk to compensate.
