And was messed up...I think its better now but im using a little tablet..I also got or fell a little ill but its been a consistent 107 here and you just feel blah..gojng in and out from hot to cold..its crazy im getting back on track I hope :-) Never givenup never surrender

  • Hello all...so drove up to a lake in the mountains got some mountain climbing in..ouch... got car sick on the way up it was even worse on the way down...so now my head is pounding and I'm nauseated.. Before leaving I got in Squats,planks,leg lifts,crunches... my lifting might have too happen tomorrow..:-(

Yes although feeling batteries crazy hot hit the mall with mom and logged 2 miles and then some shopping .. did feel good though outfits good for her.   • I did get my squats 110 and 1.5min plank in yesterday but my youngest had his 8th grade promotion ceremony and that took up any spare time...mainly because I don't get up and workout in the morning :-(..Not a morning person I barely talk to people..I'm not going to jump around.. Lol I will check back..have a good day
  • This is so true...doing more then 5 squats...doing more then 10min of cardio finishing Ripped in 30...all pretty amazing looking back..I'm way stronger Until later today...I'm up way too late its 12:18am...aye I'm not going to be happy in the morning...
