If you want to work out 2 hours a day, try to break it out in small increments. I do about 60-80 minutes before I go to work. I do my workouts and also socialize with others on MFP. Most of the socialization is suggestions and encouragement which most of the time helps others. If you are on MFP for just you, then don't friend anyone and just log your exercise and food.

I burned 950 calories doing kickboxing this morning. It is possible. I did a 65 min. workout and my HRM calculates my calories burned.

Vodka is a low calorie drink. No carbs, fat or sugar. Some places have unsweetened lemonade. I put it in that and it tastes great. As far as eating you can eat veggies, small chicken dish and even some of the non-fried appetizer size things.

I will eat some candy or something sweet if I crave it. Everything in moderation.
