Between 150 & 160.

Whole grain cereal, 2% milk and a piece of fruit.

I looked at your diary and you are netting negative calories. I think you need to eat more for the amount of exercise you are doing. The body needs fuel to keep going or it will hold on to everything you put into it.

Try increasing your calories to 1300-1350 for a couple weeks. When my wieght loss stalled, I had to incerase my intake to jump-start the loss. Best of luck to you.

You can also make an apple(pear)sauce with them. Peel and core them, then cook in a sauce pan with 1-2 tbsp of water for about 10 minutes. Put in the blender/food processor and add cinamon. Blend until applesauce consistancy.

If you choose strength training in the cardio section, you will get calories burned for it.

I plan for and eat up to my maintainance level calories one day a week. I have found that I am less likely to eat extra the rest of the week because I know I have a day when I get to eat more.

I am a 36 year old mother of a 3 year old boy and 15 mo old daughter (both wonderful). This gets easier after the first few weeks. The first little bit I felt like I was starving, but it does get easier. Best of luck in your journey. I sent you a friend request.

I recently found that the Jenno-O brand of polish sausages are gluten free. Not expensive and very quick to fix.

I'll eat a carrot or cucumber - they only have about 25 calories and they fill you up.

I like to shred the cabbage and eat it raw with light italian dressing. A great side dish on a warm summer day.

COngratulations! I wasn't really hungry the first trimester. I added extra calories in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. You might want to check out babycenter.com as there are some good informational articles on pregnancy diet as well as many other topics.

Yes, I eat them. And yes, I have been consistantly losing .5-1 pound a week.

One day a week (usually a weekend day) I plan for and eat up to my maintainence calories (about 2100 calories). I don't go totally overboard, but I eat what I want and enjoy it. I eat about 1600 calories every other day, so I really feel like I am splurging by eating the extra 500 calories, and it's not preventing me from…

It sounds like I have something to look forward to!

I have to eat them to lose weight.

When that happened to me I started eating up to maintainance calories one day a week and have been steadily losing each week since then.

I started level 2 this week and it has a lot less jumping than level one. The excercises are more difficult overall, but it is easier on your knees. I say go for it....you can always go back to level one if you need to.

We just got the biggest loser game and it has some great workouts.

You will have to change your goal to maintainence instead of weight loss and then your calories will increase.

There is a seasoning called "salad Supreme" that is excellent on veggies. I use it all the time on steamed veggies.

I weigh every Saturday, first thing in the morning.

Maybe try drinking a glass of fruit juice. Still all natural, but has more calories than a piece of fruit.

If you open your diary we may be able to give better advise. From what you say it sounds to me like you need to increase your calorie intake. I had the same issue. I lost several pounds on a 1200 cal diet, then stalled. I upped my calorie intake by a couple hundred a day and have been consistantly losing since. Good luck…

I would suggest tracking your sodium - too much can cause you to retain water. Also, make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I would also suggest wieghing your food if you don't already - I was suprised at how off I was between my guesses and the actual wieght of food (in some cases I was actually under-estimating).…

 I'm 5'9" and I have my goal weight set at 150 also. I have pictures from when I weight 145-150 and I look good in them. I would wait until you get to 150 and then see how you look and feel then decide if you want to make a new goal weight for yourself. Good job losing the 25 pounds!

I found that I needed to increase my calories by about 150 a day. I also eat up to maintainance calories one day a week. I have been losing about 1 pound a week since I started doing it this way 8 weeks ago.
