I'm getting tested for insulin resistance tomorrow. My OB thinks I may have PCOS don't have many of the symptoms just the possible insulin resistance but it would make sense with my difficulty losing weight. Good luck!

I started today! Day 1 level 1 used 5 pound weights! It was GREAT! I think I'm going to have to keep up with my running too though because I just don't feel like I've done enough with just 20 minutes hehehe :-) but I feel GREAT! I am looking forward to tomorrow!!!

It's very possible. When I started doing strength training I gained 5 pounds in one day. It is water weight your body uses to protect your muscles. Keep at it you won't have that weight by the end!

I weigh in on Sunday. But I weigh sometimes during the week just to see what it looks like. I try to not let it get me down or get me excited (if the weight is down). I only record it on Sunday. YAY!!! Keep it up!!! You'll go father every day you jog!! I was able to jog for an entire 40 minutes today! Two weeks ago I could only jog for 10 minutes then walk then jog again then walk. It's definatly an activity you can see results from!!! :-)

I've had my blood work done many times I'm fine. I've just always been tired my whole life not looking for a quick fix I just thought that vitamins could help.
