Asda online do a good range I think and morrisons always have plenty of stock. If you have a heron or a farmfoods they usually have quite of a lot of different products i've never seen elsewhere like quorn "tuna" fish cakes. My local tesco still stock the mozeralla burgers so it might be worth a walk to another local store…

When I was born my mum was 14 lb lighter than before she got pregnant. She was an obese lady and this was safe, the doctors were fine ... I was 9lb 5 weeks early :D

Im large framed just starting out. That wrist wrapping test doesnt work for me as my fingers are stupidly long and wrap around my wrist and overlap ... despite having a 7.5 inch wrist! SW 210 GW 154lb or less depending on how I feel ... Im 5ft 7 and a bit

Mcdonalds UK surprised me, a big mac and regular fries with diet coke is only 800 cals, I thought it would be like double that so I have mcdonalds now and again as it can easily be fitted into my daily 1600 cal goal!

Faded old stretch marks blend in on most skin tones anyway, i dont like fresh red/pink/purple ones as I think they look sore so I dont show mine but I dont have a problem with other people showing theirs off , better things in life to worry about!

It takes a while to get used to the taste, I think greek yoghurt is a more pleasant taste and its higher protein too :-) I use frozen berries a lot, I add the liquid that comes off the berries to greek yoghurt to add a bit of colour and flavour sometimes

Just eat the normal ones but not regularly :-) Sausages can be as little as 60 cals each! My sausages are 84 cals each, but I did try some that were 60 cals but I didnt like them. Bacon isnt exactly calorific either :-)

I never wear an antiperspirant, I use salt deodorants, instead of preventing you sweating and covering the smell they work by killing bacteria but they let the body breathe I love them :-) Im using a pit rok spray right now its great!

Dont share Me and My OH dont share things we have our own sharing doesnt work with somebody who eats faster and more than I do, we once had a sharing dessert at a restaurant , cookie dough with ice cream ... I got 1/4 of the icecream only before hed finished the whole cookie dough!

ummmm eggs! I eat about 15 eggs a week now, they keep me full and make a great breakfast food for me :-) quick easy and healthy I eat the whole egg

Lost an inch off my hips/lower tummy and can squeeze a smaller size on (ok ok its too tight to wear but it does up!)

You could wear a HRM and see how high your heart rate is? If its really intense your heart rate could be in the cardio zone and you could get a guestimate from that?

To me 500 cal is a lot for breakfast but maybe buy medium eggs and have bacon or sausages if you wanted to make it lower :-) I'm currently having 2 medium eggs for breakfast and its great :-)
