Hi That all depends on what you wish to do. I have a set of dumbels with various weights great for adding or reducing the weights for your needs. If you buy one size they can not be adjusted if you wish to build mustle. Hope this helps

3500 cals burns 1lb fat so you need 7500 for 2lbs per week a good loss BMR 1968 take off EAT only 1400 ish thats 500 cals let 1lb per week If you do not count you exersize cals gained thats 1500 so you should be 1.5 ish per week I would up the cals with exersize walking for 30 min per day will give you 200 x 7 1400 cals…

I weight myself every day and know that with exrersize my weight will go up due to water for repair I only count the differance on monday but I feel it gives me a better understanding of how weight flutuates throught week.

Hi Planning is good just remember to log every day. I dont eat back my worked off cals but I know if I need extra cals at the end of week. I can up it around 200 if im getting run down a little. If hungry eat more (small amounts) between meals Hope this helps Keep going Its worth it long term.........

The answer is generaly NO it of course all depends how you cook them I usualy steam or grill them(on a Gorge forman grill) the advantage I use very little oil. They all have cals but more bang for you buck. Keep going

My tip is the same as many watch the Cals log it all (good or bad) then start a plan of exersize Walking-jogging at least 30 min twice a day. You will loose 2lbs per week (maybe more) then keep going. Good look......................

Hi Try to work at a slower pace the build it up you will get better over a few weeks. Also drink some water before workout and then try to eat a bannar the potasium will help. dont stop with cardio walking is good a lot of people in the gym have been working out for years so dont get deppressed. you have to consume 3500 cal to gain 1lb 100 extra per day will be around 1-2lb per year. I would try to keep around target and some exercise walking good try for week then take a look at weight just adjust if change. try a mix of Power walking and short jogging over time you can build up. please take advice on shoes as shin splints can last for a qite a while. running and walking burns cals not much differant to jogging. Keep going it get better over time.........
