Anyone extended fasting?
I'm doing an extended fast right now, my first one! I feel like I am fully fat adapted now. So far I feel great. I have had coffee (cold brew black) and heavily salted bone broth. My goal is to make it at least 48 hours, but ideally more like 72 +. But I'll just see how it goes.

Officially 20lbs lighter

Another half marathon in the books
Completed my third half marathon today, although this one was walking. My daughter is 10 and did it with me. We had a great time, and finished in 4 hours 15 minutes. What are your favorite fermented foods?
I like sauerkraut. Homemade is quite easy to make. Kombucha and kefir are also ones that I like, and have made myself previously, although I haven't eaten either so far on Keto. Right now I have a jar of Meyer lemons fermenting. I plan to use them in chicken dishes.

Fasting timing?
It seems as though most people do their IF in the morning, and then eat in the afternoon/evening. Do you get the same benefit by fasting from, say 2pm to 9am?
