Using whole wheat flour???
Has anyone done any baking with ww flour?? I have a zucchini bread in the oven and it's not lookin' so good! The batter was more like a dough. I followed the directions the only exception is I used half white all purpose flour and half wheat. Any help would be welcomed!!!!

Sodium Question
I ate way too much sodium last night, and this morning I was so puffy I almost couldn't get my rings off. So my question is how long should it take to flush it out of my system? I've been drinking extra water all day to help, but I'm still puffy.

Sugar vs Glycemic index
Okay, I think I have been researching too much and have an overload of info. Should I be more concerned with the amount to sugar in food or the glycemic index # of the food? I'm not on Atkins or South Beach so I'm not restricting all of my carbs, so which one should I be paying closer attention to???

I have started making my own ground chicken and turkey, but I'm not sure how to enter it in my food diary. I looked in the database under both ground chicken and boneless skinless chicken breast, but there is so much conflicting info, that I'm not sure what the right amount of calories would be. Okay, Ive been sticking to a 1200 cal diet for a month, and I've lost 2lbs. I know it better to lose it slowly but WTH! I go over 8 glasses of water a day and I walk every other night, and nothing. Anyone have any suggestions??
