Has anybody seen and/ or tried these cookies? I saw them at the store today. It says it has as much fiber as a bowl of oatmeal, as much calcium as a glass of milk and several other vitamins. They have chocolate chip ones and oreo like ones. 3 cookies for 150 cals. if anyone has tried them, I'd love to know your thoughts.

Shrimp
Okay guys, I need a really good, low cal shrimp recipe. I love them grilled but not a fan of old bay. I have panko breadcrumbs I am using for my 2 year old (he loves them "fried.") Any ideas would be great! Thanks in advance!

Proper breakdown
I am curious what the proper breakdown is for nutrients. I watch carbs, fat, protein, sodium (2500, I know.) My total calorie goals (in maintenance, work out 6-7 days per week) is 1450. I started the 30 DS yesterday and really need to get more protein in but I am not sure what the proper amounts are. Any advice is helpful.…

30 DS
Okay peeps. I am starting 30 DS July 1. All I am asking is what is required; ie weights, etc. Thanks for the help. I am super pumped to start. I've been walking/ running since the first of June. I reached goal weight in May and am still not happy with how I look so I know 30 DS, then P90X will get me closer to that insane…

Flat out pizzas
I'm not sure if you guys have tried making a pizza with the flat out wraps, but it is AMAZING!!! I made my own faux sauce (added tons of veggies to jarred pizza sauce; so many veggies it doubled the amount of sauce!!) and just added some shredded cheese and turkey pepperoni. The whole pizza was under 300 calories.…

Green beans
I want to grill some green beans. Do I need to par-boil them first or can I just put clean, seasoned green beans on the grill?

Changes
I've been meaning to post this for a while now. It's silly but shocking what a difference it makes. I noticed one day after a grocery shopping trip that my veggie and fruit drawers in the fridge were overflowing. I commented to my DH that I never thought I'd see the day when that would happen. My veggie drawer used to be…

Any non or little exercisers out there?
Before I had my son and got FAT, I used to run/ walk on my treadmill everyday without fail, no matter what I had going on. Now, I've reached my goal weight without doing hardly any excercise. I just can not find the motivation to do it. What is wrong with me? I already know the answer, get off your *kitten* and do it but…

Mahi Mahi
I had no idea this fish has the texture of something like chicken. I had it for the first time on Sunday. So good! I don't like the mushy texture of some fish or the fishy taste of some fish so this one matched me perfectly. I figure I'll try it blackened next. Any other easy recipes anyone can share?

Kid friendly cake recipe
My son's 3rd bday is coming up and like any good mommy, I want to make his cupcakes from scratch. I did his cake last year and it was AMAZING but not at all low fat or healthy. I am really struggling because all the other foods I will be serving are very healthy (and tasty) so I am wondering if I should just splurge a…

Sodium
I know this is probably the dumbest question ever but if your sodium intake is high (not crazy high but sometimes over 2500 mg) does drinking a ton of water kind of counteract the sodium and make it not really a big deal. I've never noticed how much I consume until I started here and we all know sodium is not a good thing.…

A pound is a pound...
http://www.onemorebite-weightloss.com/muscle-to-fat.html Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Fat is bulky and lumpy so if you carry an extra five pounds of fat, you'll be lumpier than with five pounds more muscle. A five pound pile of fat will take up more space (volume) than a five pound pile of muscle; but five pounds…

I did it!!!
I officially reached my goal of 135 pounds today; on my 90th day with MFP. I will post some before and after pics tonight so get ready!!! My story: I've always been tall and thin and never had to worry too much about what I ate. I did exercise almost daily to ensure things stayed put! I got pregnant with my son in January…

For those maintaining
I am TERRIFIED!! I am a pound away from goal and my maintenance calories will go up almost 500 calories. I am having a hard time now eating my 1280 a day and am usually under. What on earth am I going to do with 500 more. I am a HUGE milk drinker so I was thinking I can just add a glass to each meal and that will be almost…

Water
What do you define as water? I hate water but drink several glasses of milk each day. Can I count this as part of my water intake? I do not count my unsweet tea at night but thought I might be able to squeeze my milk in to water. Thoughts?

Easter
What are you guys planning on making for Easter dinner? Cauliflower
I tried making skinny taste's cauliflower puree. It turned out OK. DH ate it. I just felt like it needed to be creamier. I used frozen cauliflower. Would fresh make a difference. Part of my problem I know is that I H-A-T-E cauliflower. Is there anything I can do to hide the flavor? I made them like garlic mashed potatoes…

Bad day
I don't know what got in to me today. I had a good, low cal lunch and I screwed it up having a small bag of chips. Then my son is in a mardi gras parade at school tomorrow and I went tonight to buy him some throws. Bought candy and some moon pies. I ate 2 freakin moon pies, It put me over my calories about 200. In 4 weeks,…

Small successes is where it all starts...
Yesterday was a really tough day for me. All I could think about was a burger, fries, shake and the butterfinger that was screaming at me from the vending machine. I came really close once to the butterfinger but I stopped myself because I was mentally picturing how bad it would look on my calories for the day. I made it…

Number not moving
I've been on MFP for almost a month and watch my calories religiously. Still not exercising like I should. I always come in under my calories and have not had any junk in 4 weeks. However, I just do not see the number on the scale moving. I can really tell a difference in my clothes as all my pants are becoming too big…
