Do I really use 90 calories walking 20 minutes at 2 mph? Seems like that's a lot of calories for that amount of time walking slowly!

painting a house
Soooooooo, I wonder how many calories I am burning while I paint my house? Up n down the ladder, stretching, bending and sometimes I even break out in a sweat. (sweating may be due to menopause) lol. Any idea?

feeling weird shaky and weak
Sometimes I get really shaky and feel very weak. This happens a lot of times after, or during cardio exercise. Does anybody know why?

Help! I froze bananas!
I froze bananas for some nice, healthy smoothies except I forgot that I was suppose to PEEL THE BANANA first before freezing it! Any ideas on how to get the peeling off a frozen solid banana?! I'm SO weird.

Can a calorie be more fat than some other calories?
If I ate a bowl of ice cream that equaled 350 calories would those calories be the same as a bowl of, say: lettuce, equaling 350 calories also? (thats a LOT of lettuce!) Lose lb by eating only cake? why not?
Okay so I know it's BAD to eat only twinkies and cake and candy etc. We should not eat these things to fill our calorie goals, it is BAD. I know it 's bad and unhealthy. I would NEVER eat only cake. When do you put your food in diary?
I was wondering if you put your food in your diary first, or add the food as you eat it (or after you eat it)? I usually put it in after I eat it but maybe I should start putting it in before, like in the morning, so that way it will be more planned out. How/when do you add your food? thanx!
