24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - JULY 2017

Walked 154 minutes (just over 2.5 hours) on July first.
Took a 2-hour walk this morning and just finished an hour of strength training (including 13 minutes of warmup and stretching combined).
So, currently at 5.5 for July.6 -
(I got 36 hours and 38 minutes in June. My goal for July is anything above that amount!
