    I am slowly adjusting my body to the idea of exercise :)

    6 workouts today totaling 3.61hrs bringing July's 4 day total to 11.01hrs.

    In comparison, my last year total duration for July was 60.54hrs..don't know if I can beat that!

    @libellemnm don't forget your 1 hour paddle boarding on July 1. Think I'll try this challenge as well...seems like it might help motivate me too!!
