1-3 July: Sick
4 July: 60 min - cleaning/organizing/picking up = 60 minutes
5 July: 30 min - circuit training/body weight exercises; 60 min - strength training; 30 min - house projects = 120 minutes
6 July: 30 min - loading/unloading SUP; 127 min - SUP (3.96 miles, mostly casual pace) = 157 minutes
7 July: 53 min - strength training = 53 minutes
Total: 390 minutes out of 1800 minutes (6:30 / 30 hours)
Left to Goal: 1410 minutes
