    (I got 36 hours and 38 minutes in June. My goal for July is anything above that amount!

    1st: 30min Heavy Bag, 20min Elliptical.
    2nd: 50min Running, 20min Elliptical.
    3rd: 20min Bodyweight, 40min Elliptical, 15min Hip Hop Dance workout, 17min Yoga.
    4th: 38min Bodyweight
    5th: 0
    6th: 27min Bodyweight, 15min Yoga
    7th: 67min Walk
    8th: 74min Walk
    9th: 32min Run, 56min Walk
    10th: 40min Walk
    11th: 32min Heavy Bag, 55min Elliptical
    12th 30min Elliptical
    13th - 20th: 8hrs 47mins. (Running, Elliptical, Heavy bag, Walking, Bodyweight, Yoga)

    TOTAL SO FAR: 19 hours 55minutes

    :heart: It looks like I'm not going to make my goal of 36h 38+ mins.... but I'll still try, you never know! If I did an average of 90-ish minutes a day it could be done.... :heart:
