Water reminder
I am terrible at remembering to drink water. Would love to be able to set a reminder(s) through the day as a reminder to drink water (just like the "step in the scale" reminder. I have a tendency to fill the water bottle and it sits on my desk. Would like the option to set custom reminders in the app as well.

Create Protien Subgroup
Create a secondary protein group or don't count incomplete proteins in my over all goals. Such as Collagen and Bone Broth. They are essentially zero score proteins and I would like to just focus on complete proteins for my goals.

Search for food measured by weight
A lot of foods are measured in cups, teaspoons, fluid ounces, etc. I use a scale to weigh a lot of my food, and sometimes it's difficult to find a food that is measured in ounces or grams. It would be nice if I could specify in my search that I'm looking for a food that is measured by weight.

Macro Goal Numbers & the Printable Diary Report
For easier comparison, bring our Daily Macro "Goal numbers" into the "printable" Diary Report at the bottom by our totals. (similar to how they are on the input page.) And have the ability for the report to do a weekly average of the total macro numbers.

Can I rearrange my recipes by alphabet for the sake of editing?
I know I can get alphabetical recipe list for logging, but I can't seem to organize them alphabetically to edit. It's a huge endeavour once you have a lot of recipes. Thanks.

Filters for groups
In order to find the right group it would be helpful to have filters set up to narrow down the search options. It also seems that there are a lot of inactive groups that could use deletion.

Add Orange Theory Input
I work out at Orange Theory and your app does not let me log in really good exercise information from my workouts. Have MFP do the calculations from serving size to what amount you use

Add "Added sugars" information for daily/weekly totals
I would like to suggest (as many others have already) that MyFitnessPal provides a way to track "Added Sugars" instead of just sugars. If I click on an individual food item's Nutrition Facts in the app, the grams of Added Sugars is available. However, at the end of the day or week, there is not a row for Added Sugars.
