Why doesn't my morning exercises get logged automatically?
I have my Samsung Galaxy Fit2 connected with MFP and it consistently doesn't log my Saturday morning workouts. I have to manually enter it. I usually do my workouts in the evening and these get logged in automatically. I don't know if this has anything to do with calorie expenditure before intake. My steps are still being…

Runna!Looking for running buddies to friend!
I've been using Runna to get back to running. I completed several 10k runs around 10 years back now. I have had bouts of ill health since then but am now better and ready to get back in the saddle! Currently doing the Runna 5K plan, on treadmill and outside. Anyone else in a similar position?

Exercise suggestions with back pain/possible minor injury

What is a healthy weight loss pace?
Some people drop weight faster than others but I'm interested to hear what is the ideal healthy weight loss within say 6 weeks? I've been eating well and seeing a PT for 8 weeks now, since then my weight loss has been a lot slower than usual, with me dropping about 1/2 kg in that time.
