Weighed in a day earlier
I weigh in on Thursday but instead weighed in today because am going out for a mea tonight. Anyway I lost 1 n half pound but am worried it will just come straight back on with this meal tonight. Should I weigh again tomorrow to see the diference?

Do we count fiber as carbs on MFP food diary?
The MFP Food Diary records your macro's when you input what you eat, and it will list the fiber along with the carbohydrates. Does fiber get subtracted from the carbs? Should MFP do it automatically? Looking for clarity, thanks!

Stop annoying push notifications
Does anyone know how to stop the push notifications of "you haven't logged your lunch today" etc. I'm tired of my phone going off 3x a day, I log intermittently as I'm maintaining I don't need to log constantly.

Calculator.net recommends maximum calories to lose 1 lb. per week should be 1490 calories per day for my age, weight, and lifestyle. confused about calorie intake increasing
before picture shows my calorie intake, i did a 20 minute jog and my intake was increased when i burned 244 calories?

Calorie intake
I exercise quite a lot and am given extra calories for it but sometimes I can be very calorie deficient as I can't eat that much as I intermittent fast and don't eat breakfast. If I am quite short on calories each day will this effect my metabolism or have a negative impact in any way?
