Kinda easier
i did weight watchers where you find foods that are very high in fiber and wasn't hungry. You have to remember to wait 30 min after you eat to make the hunger subside. The other way is cut the carbs to almost nothing. Sugar calls for more sugar because it causes blood sugar to dip very low. Then you need another sugar fix.

Going above my fats for past two weeks by 10-14g per day?
Hi I have been tracking macros for some time but scheduled more weight training since beginning of jan I have since then consistently gone over fats by 10-15g per day . I calculated my BMR - It is 1500 calories. My TDEE (based on desk job with no activity) is 1795 calories. But despite my sedentary desk job, I also run 55-65 miles a week. Am I at maintenance if my weight isn't moving?
I've been eating at roughly 1300 calories throughout my weight loss and making good progress but now my weight hasn't moved since October. I'm only 1kg away from the goal I set myself. I get shaky and irritable if I eat below 1300. Does that mean 1300 is my maintenance number?
