I FINALLY came out of the 160's. For weeks have been begging the scales to say less than 160. :grumble: Today it made me happy and read 159.0 :happy: Maybe only a fluke and will go back up tomorrow--- but today I am happy!!!!

Ok, so I am soooooo hungry, so I eat and then I totally go over my calorie count for the day. I need help to fit in food that keeps me full but doesn't put me over my quota.
