It's also full of people who didn't successfully keep the weight off. Those people include the ones that ate pizza and the ones that didn't. My point is that no one one her has all the answers for everyone. Do what you want to do. If it's not the right choice, you will learn from it. That's how life works.

Not trying to starve myself I'm trying to make healthier choices. Try it sometime. When you're not eating pizza, try swapping it for a turkey sandwhich(healthy filling calories)
I like to make my own pizza with a thin whole wheat crust, chicken or shrimp, fresh tomato slices and goat cheese. Maybe a bit of red onion...a sprinkling of spinach or arugula on top...a little balsamic glaze...
I admit, it's a lot more work than ordering Papa John's, but it's also amazingly delicious and healthy pizza.
I'm failing to see how it's bad for your body. Domino's has gluten free crust. Lots of places have a whole wheat option. Most places have a thin crust option. You can get light cheese, lots of veggies, and a lighter protein like chicken or Canadian bacon. You can also stick to smaller sizes instead of getting the giant pie just because you have a coupon.

keep on white knighting and ignoring the fact that she has now admitted to the ED that many of us suspected based on both her words and our experience with people similar to her in this forum and others.
keep calling people auditioners while you coddle a young girl right into the arms of unhealthy life choices.
keep pretending that suffering from an ED is a legitimate reason to restrict yourself from eating enough food, or foods that you enjoy.

Because hey that's a thing. You think you're doing your body a favor by only eating 1100 calories worth of broccoli, carrots, kale or eggs or whatever, but you could just be setting yourself up for liver failure later on.
So eat the damn pizza and space out those nutrients a bit, mmkay? There I just gave you an excuse so you HAVE to eat the pizza. Even the most die-hard of vegans need their "unhealthy" food fixes0 -

i think we've gone back and forth so much that we're all missing the basic point. the reason you should have eaten the pizza is because you wanted to eat the pizza. and we know that you wanted pizza, not cereal covered in watermilk because you created an account and with your first post you created a thread titled "I WANT PIZZA SO BAD" (caps are yours).
our main point, before you called a bunch of people fatasses, was that if you want pizza, it's okay to eat pizza, instead of settling for a dinner of cereal, fruit slices and sadmilk.

Not when the reason causes them to want to lose 30 lbs in 2 months and they are only 15 lbs over "normal" BMI to begin with. That can't be just their business when they are putting it out on a public forum. The things you need to do to yourself to even attempt that sort of goal are simply not healthy in any way, shape or form. We can and should continue to point out the dangers of going to fast and that sort of goal-setting.

You can eat pizza! I do Domino's because their website has a nutrition calculator for all their foods so you can figure out exactly how many calories you're eating per slice. You shouldn't be denying yourself foods you want. That causes binges! Just learn how to eat it within your calorie limits.0

well... not exactly how many calories per slice. The stoners that cut my pizza never cut it even it seems. But you can come close (only pointing this out because some newer people really won't know that restaurant/pizza/fast food websites can only be estimates because of the irregularity of the food. Some slices will have more cheese/toppings than others, for example, or be a bit bigger. But it's way better to have the ballpark than guess blind!)0 -

I didn't read this whole thread before I posted, but now that I have...wow. Wtf? It's good to know that the 64lbs I've lost so far while eating pizza occasionally (and keeping it within my calorie limit!) are going to magically come back just because I don't "eat clean". I forgot that being a teenager means that you know more than everyone else. And thanks for calling us all fatasses for being successful in our weight loss while eating what we love.0

lost about 60 pounds and kept it off all the while eating pizza, ice cream, cookies, etc…
you can always get thin crust which has less calories..
white bread is not bad for your body ..
food = energy
it is not "good" or "bad"….
You do not need brownies and sweets...your body can get GOOD sugars from fruits. And if you think that white bread, which is made in a factory from the same stuff they make glue from, isn't bad for you, you should probably talk to a half-way knowledgable person.
You seem to know A LOT about healthy eating, so why are you on MFP to lose weight? If you are concerned about the pizza being dirty and not "clean" - run it under the water...use some soap and your good to go. "Clean" Pizza.
You sound like your going down a path of disordered eating and guilt with your food. Too bad.
