A Fiberone bar. That's it. Well, and coffee.

Trying to figure out how to do better when trying to get a 16 month old off to daycare, my wife leaves for work well before I do, and I have enough trouble getting to work on time as it is!!

Could you make up a batch of smoothies (yogurt, low-fat milk, or soy or almond milk + fresh/frozen fruit) the night before and leave it in a pitcher in the fridge? Should be easy to calculate and use up quickly if you only make 2-3 servings at a time.

I had a bowl of cherries for b-fast this morning, they were awesome!

Is Trader Joe's a brand, or a store? It seems to be popular on this site.

ZebraHead, that apple/peanut butter sounds delicious! Going to try it soon

i'm a creature of habit so my breakfast is always, 1 cup cheerios, 1 cup 1% milk (the husband vetoed skim milk even though i like it just fine) and 1 cup or piece of fruit like strawberries, grapes, apple, orange, banana etc. today it was strawberries.
