I think it's about time to jump on this thread. Starting with:
:rant/:This morning I was pondering about what I should eat for lunch and was struck with a strong craving for Taco John's. (I haven't had any for a couple of years.) I even looked at the calorie counts to see if I could make it fit. It would be a "full" day. No deficit. But yes, it would fit. Cool! I even tried to talk myself out of it trying to think of the things I should eat instead at home. But I didn't feel like making a sandwich, or eggs, or noodles or whatever stuff is normally laying about my house. So I went for it. I even brought it home and weighed it. About half way through my meal, it hit me. I just remembered the ENTIRE pizza sitting in my refrigerator leftover from last night. So now I'm quite annoyed with myself. If I would have just went home, I would have been pleasantly surprised to remember I had pizza to eat for lunch. But no, now I just spent $7 eating out, and I FORGOT about pizza! WHO FORGETS ABOUT PIZZA?!?! Gah! Oh well. At least my potato ole craving is quelled for a while. :/rant:6 -

Where are you that you still have Taco John's?!? They tore down the one in my town. (And replaced it with a Dutch Bros, so I can't be too mad.)2 -

Wyoming. They're everywhere out here. They actually originated in Gillette, WY. AND they just put a new one in accross the street from my house. SO with that, and their annoying ads on the radio, the craving had been a long time coming. But if I would have remembered the dang pizza I would have put it off til next week. lol.2 -

It varies. Sometimes right at the beginning, sometimes closer to being finished..
And since I made this confession, I've been trying even harder to get to the end, and still just can't do it. I always end up getting distracted and biting it.1 -

Confession:
Today I basically skipped breakfast and lunch in favour of a pint of b&j ice cream. I'm the only adult in the house and I regret nothing!!
I still made the kids real food. They think I was having 'mummy yogurt'.6 -

This makes me smile because I can remember when P was young enough that I could tell him I was eating yogurt too
My confession: I've never had Ben and Jerry's ice cream.2 -

I met @beka3695 today!!! I also ate flour less truffle torte for lunch and have no regrets. 😁
I spent a little over an hour with Becky and her sweet hubby then stopped at Whole Foods and spent $31 on safe and healthy treats for me. Well, mostly healthy. It's a close call on the everything bagels... But I did skip the GF pastries.
ETA: Becky has the meet up pictures on her phone.7 -
