I was a DD when I started. Probably a D now. I tried a million sports bras and the only one I liked was the molded cup sports bra from lane Bryant.0 -

Look for a specialty bra store that offers fittings. You'll get excellent service and they'll have an amazing amount of styles you can try on (I'm a 38G). Their prices are usually not much, if any, higher than online retailers.
We have 2 stores around here that do fittings.. Victorias Secret and Little Black Box, both of wich carry regular bras to fit me but not sports bras0 -

If they don't have a store near you I still recommend checking out titlenine.com. I've only bought from them for years (D and E sizes).0 -
I got a high impact sports bra from Lane Bryant and I absolutely LOVE it. I can run in it and not be flopping around. I'm a 40G.2

Have you tried a specialty bra shop (not a running store)? I used to wear an enell bra but I've never seen them in running stores. When i googled enell I realized that a specialty bra shop about an hour away from me carried them so I was able to try some on. NOTHING moved when that thing was on!

That you start to see your dimples again when you smile as you have lost weight in your face15

That between losing weight and having 2 breastfed babies... I don't have boobs I have pancakes.
I'm also cold all the time. ALL THE TIME.23 -
That losing weight can make things easier with disabling health problems, but it does not cure them, by any means.23

How much bigger your mouth appears in your smaller face . . .13

After losing 100lbs, I have learnt lots of things
- it wasn't my weight making me unhappy and getting to my goal wouldn't mysteriously 'fix me'
- you can get carried away with weightloss... there is no need to weigh yourself every day. You can still be making progress even if the scales say otherwise
- people can be nasty regardless of your size! As you lose weight and gain muscle, try to lose your lack of self esteem and gain strength. You have always been and always will be awesome!!!
- clothing sizes lie! Haha
- I have loose skin but I see them as battle scars and am actually quite proud of it
But I think the biggest thing was that I could do it ...and I did. Alot of people laughed at me when I started on my weightloss journey but I freaking did it!!!!!!! I proved them (and myself) wrong

that you can survive a day off. I took christmas day off first day off since may and I was so scared it would send me on a downward spiril and I'd gain 60 pounds back but I didn't gain 60 pounds in 1 day and I'm ight back at it today.
each day I am on this journey I learn something and when I finally get to goal I will have all the tools in my tool box to stay there.35 -

I love this post, its all about believing in yourself. Awesome!5 -
#1: That people WILL treat you differently; even some you know well. But especially strangers.
#2: Just how freaking good you can feel if you work at it.
#3: That your shoes may not fit any longer. My shoe size went down from a 10.5 W to a 9.
#4: That it can take a long time before you FEEL lighter.
#5: That you can end up with loose skin on your FACE! ;-) Seriously.

This! I feel like this often! I know the pain and wish I could spare them.
so true. My young adult daughter has gained so much weight the past 2 years, it breaks my heart, but I can't say anything without making her feel bad. Even when I try to explain that I don't want her to experience the things and prejudice I have. I vat I'll have a lot to go, but I think my daughter weighs more than I do, which makes me sad

Unfortunately. Never had kids, but if I did it would break my heart too and I would do everything I could to help. Just be there, be supportive and when she is ready she will co e to you and you will know how to help. The first step is doing it yourself and being a good role model. I wish you and your daughter the best of luck.9 -
Being a person with long hair, I notice my hair no longer gets stuck in my butt crack after a shower! I used to pull them out like string, not any more. Guess there's a lot more room for them to slide out on their own because it's not as fat and squished together... Lol....30

Went shopping after 3 months of weight loss. Tried something on and FOR ONCE I said I need small size lol felt great!!!17

I was always a chubby child and was heaviest at 16 (probably over 13 stone), I started losing weight at 18 and now at 21 I'm under 10 stone and 3 sizes smaller. What nobody told me is that my parents won't recognise me from a distance or in large crowds28
