    3. Enjoy family visit after lunch.
    4. Give thanks for the grace of God.

    Heaven on Earth

    Lush green of the trees against the blue sky;
    Soft white of cotton wool clouds drifting by;
    Sweet notes of a mistle thrush perched up on high;
    The elegant flight of a butterfly;
    I ponder the miracles outside my door
    with thankfulness filling my soul to its core.

    Get BACK on track
    Drink more water than I have been.
    Pretrack as much as possible today.
    Making cookies for 2 friends in nursing home today. I've pretracked one cookie - it's a trigger food for me.
    Pouring rain so the kids & I will have to get creative for exercise.

    Last night I went to ballgame with Cubscouts pack & ate unhealthy. Felt guilty but so glad to get my thoughts down on this thread. Would like catch up on past comments this afternoon. You are all an inspiration!

    Monday's goals
    - hit calorie target
    - deep breathing and meditation and confidence: I have a REALLY important session to run tomorrow to a tough crowd which if it goes well could result in a lot of new business. Feeling nervous.

    I can't find my last post. :|

    JFT (Tuesday):
    1) Reschedule my hair color appointment
    2) Re-edit my interview video and send it out
    3) Eat all my calories today

    Tuesday: I did 1 and 2, but 2 had to be redone so I didn't actually finish until Thursday.
    Number 3, I can't remember.

    JFT Sunday 6/28 - it's already dinner time.
    !) I made 4 videos and they need editing, which I probably won't finish today.
    2) I need to make a decent dinner because I've been too busy making videos - lol, to eat consciously.
    3) I plan to complete the day by accepting as a success, whatever I've done today.

    Good luck you can do this, prepare, get a good night sleep, and knock them dead with your beautiful smile! I know you got this:) I sometimes pray for God to calm me right before going into the presentation, that really does wonders for me.
