    I've little knowledge of what determines what, I just do what I can do. BUT - I'm confused now. and who posted that darn spider what the heck does a spider have to do with losing weight. Now I gotta go do deep breathing exercises to calm my aracniphobia!! (however its spelled)

    I think what you mean is the macros determine what kind of fuel for our bodies that food will end up being.

    I'm pretty sure if I only eat 600 cals/day of just lean protein, I'm still going to lose muscle (if I'm understanding your message correctly).
    What about your other macros?
