You are absolutely correct @ninerbuff ! The post was a mere suggestion for people to consider adding those exercises into their routines.
And I don't disagree with them. To me they are 3 of the best foundation exercises anyone can do for upper body. You can still edit I believe. If not let me know and I'll fix it for you.

My three exercises for a strong AND aesthetic physique are squats, barbell rows and chest focused dips.

Chest focused dips. Interesting. I'll have to try those. I'm just used to the tricep ones.

You have to lean forward into the dip. It takes some time and focus to get them right, especially if you add weight. When you add weights you need a belt, unlike regular dips where you are centered and can hold weight with your feet.

Ok, I'll play. Here are my 3 fave exercises: curls, curls in the squat rack, curls right in front of the dumbbell rack.

The way I was taught to do them is put my legs forward and tuck my chin on my chest making sure my elbows flare out.

This makes me sad. I like a nice pair of legs, and I'm definitely into a fine a**.

My apologies... I don't squat haha

That post was kinda leaning towards males.

    But for females, sure! Squat

I work on weighted pistol squats and bulgarian split squats over normal squats nowadays. I feel they target the *kitten* more.

This just... wow, I don't get this at all. I mean, I guess if the "aesthetic physique" look you're going for is "so top-heavy, a stiff breeze is a real threat...."
