    Ask yourself "what is it that I am missing or need to further my weight loss goals". then tell yourself "I do have what it takes to further my weight loss goals".

    If your plan or strategy is not working, re-work it. Break it down into smaller increments or mini goals. Just meet that first mini goal or two. if you get over the hump and start seeing a little bit of results, this will be your motivation.

    You can do this.

    I've been, feeling great & awful, concerning myself because I haven't been wearing cosmetics, I feel great that; I like the way my face & nails, look without; any but filthy because it's always, been apart of; my hygienic routine & thus I feel, unclean after I've taken; a shower! As if I am, being a; lazy slob!
