i confess that i'm one of those people who does everything possible for everyone else but completely neglects taking care of herself. this leads to resentment of myself because i apparently don't think i'm worth taking care of, and of the people i'm helping, which in turn makes me feel even worse about myself. and when i do things for myself, i feel so incredibly guilty.

I'm the same way. I think this is my form of caring what people think. If I don't give my all to doing stuff for people, I feel like I'm letting them down and that will make them disappointed in me. This only applies to people I care about. Everyone else can do stuff for themselves. LOL1 -

I confess, I am letting something petty get me down at work today. I am holding it in, because I know that it is just something small and really shouldn't matter at all. But, I am on the verge of tears and don't know why I am so bothered by it. Again, it is petty and stupid, but it makes me feel left out.

If you didn't give up when you lost your girls... Then you're not giving up today.
I don't care how hard it is. You've been through so much worse and survived.. Trust me, I know cause I've been through it as well.
What ever you're going through now pales in comparison to what you've been through and I know that you'll feel a lot better in a few days. And then you'll be even stronger and more determined.
It's OK to feel like giving uo. We all feel that way sometimes.
And it's OK to have rough times
But it's not OK to give up when you're basically eyeing the end goal in the distance. You've come to far.. You've got this *kitten*8 -
I would like to live in a forest in an A frame with an Olympic size single 5 foot deep lap lane pool with a hot tub. I want my entire yard to be pine needles so there is no grass to mow.6
