    Higher protein intake along with fats tend to keep a person fuller longer. Do you find your appetite changing as you go through your monthly cycle ? Mine would go from non existent to ravenous -can't get -enough as I would get closer to my period. Congrats on your consistent weight loss !!!

    I do not change when going thru my monthly cycle .... Most people I know their appetite increases with a new healthy lifestyle ..mine is decreasing and has been for 3 weeks or so .... I am eating and I am way above 1200 but I remember when I could eat a lottttttttttttttttt lol

    Hello all, I've been "carb cycling" for a couple of months now. I started just doing a very low carb diet but found I have more success/sustainability if I let myself have one or two days that are higher than the rest. Feel free to add me as a friend! 28 year old in Seattle.

    I changed to high carb day ...wasn't my healthest day but ohwell I don't eat like this everyday so all is good :)

    I figure if I can eat clean for at least 80% of my week...I'm doing good. The tuna patties really hit the spot tonight -

    I have changed my days high carb days M-W -F ...low carb days Tu. Th. Sat. ...I think this will workout better for me

    As for me, I'm working in my perennial flower garden today. I had a NSV. Moment this morning- I woke up really craving these special pancakes that are served at local restaurant...it has bacon, brown sugar .... Sigh..... It would of really set me back...I was so tempted !!!!!! But I dug into my leftover tuna patty instead .

    My weekend plans are to enjoy my recording of Extreme Weight loss, work out and also get some much needed rest. I already went to the gym and walked on my treadmill to get 10,000 steps. Now I can relax until my reward meal tonight. I've logged everything and if I can burn 2,000 calories today I will eat at maintaince. I am now in the 150's so the weight is slowly coming off. Tomorrow will be back to a low carb day. Have a great weekend everyone!
