Look what fast food & ice cream have done to my cholesterol

So those of you who have seen my posts (and ticker) know that I eat a lot of food that's not "clean." I go to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Subway, IHOP, etc, many times a week. I have ice cream almost every day. I eat a lot of frozen meals. Yet despite all this, my cholesterol has gone from pretty bad to ideal. Having a total cholesterol of 230 at 24 years old was not a good sign.
In a nutshell you are trying to say you don't eat clean... even though your meal plan actually looks quite clean.
You aren't eating dirty, not even close. Not 100% clean but enough that these results shouldn't surprise anyone.
FYI: I eat Frozen Broccoli / Tysons Grilled - 15 times a week minimum. Makes life simple.Looking at your diary, seems like vast majority of calories is not from fast food nor ice cream. So this whole thing is moot. No **** you can lose weight if only 500 calories come from fast food. Your diet is not even close to dirty. Also your TDEE seems to be higher then average, which allows you to cheat more.
Now if you want to do the tests again and do a 100% fast food junk diet and your cholesterol ends up lower, I would be quite impressed and convinced by your argument.
What argument, exactly?0 -

The forum guidelines include these items:
1. No Attacks or Insults and No Reciprocation
a) Do not attack, mock, or otherwise insult others. You can respectfully disagree with the message or topic, but you cannot attack the messenger. This includes attacks against the user’s spelling or command of written English, or belittling a user for posting a duplicate topic.
b) If you are attacked by another user, and you reciprocate, you will also be subject to the same consequences. Defending yourself or a friend is not an excuse! Do not take matters into your own hands – instead, use the Report Post link to report an attack and we will be happy to handle the situation for you.
2. No Hi-Jacking, Trolling, or Flame-baiting
Please stay on-topic within a forum topic. Off-topic or derogatory remarks are disrespectful. Please either contribute politely and constructively to a topic, or move on without posting.
