So this was freaking hard this morning and my legs were still shaking trying to put my shoes back on afterward...260lbsx20reps @~190BW

Only 15 more pounds to my goal of 275!

    225. Heaviest load I've been under since my 200 rep set. I'm pleased with how comfortable this felt quite frankly. I wish my back would fix itself but if I keep on as I am it probably never willwil#stupidisasstupiddoes. But never the less 225 could have been had beltless and no need for a spot. So I'm quite happy. #a

Nice. Both this and the 210 looked easy.

I never post here because I feel like I'm a baby with my numbers. But I at least have a set I'm proud of. For months, literally since I switched to sumo deads last fall, my hips have been rising first. This week with the help of SideSteel I pretty much...fixed it. It wasn't even that hard. And I hit 200 5x5 pretty easily.

First of all great job with the corrections. Second, the part that's so awesome here is that you destroyed this set. I suspect big gains are in your future =)

That looked super easy. Nice job. Your hips stayed in pretty much the same spot for all reps.

Hell yes to all three of you @arditarose @jorocka @deadliftsanddonuts

ariditarose, that looked super smooth and fast and looked like you could have easily done 225x5 or more.

Jo, as always, you're a rockstar

and deadlifts, wow...that some serious strength and grip strength.

I have more videos as always LOL, but I'll refrain from taking up more real estate...I have them posted over in my 20 rep squat thread. Next week is my last of that program.

Did 200lbs for 3x5 today. I haven't repped out 200 or more yet soo this was a first for me. I figured it's just over 80% of my max so why not? Here is the last set. Not the prettiest but I did it.

    Loving the deadlifts!

The caption on Instagram says it all - I'm damn proud of this attempt. First actual grind on the platform after a week that included a full day of spotting and loading, three squat days, two pulling days, two bench days, and dropping 3kg in five days.

Got 305 for my 3rd and final attempt at a local challenge today.
Touch and go was the rule so not as impressive as a pause but I'm happy with it.
