Thanks, a 600+ pull would be amazing! My all time 1RM is 555, but I'm going to retest in mid December.0 -

Haha, thanks! They're almost 18" and getting my size large SBD knee sleeves on is a full back workout!0 -

Not quite 18" yet, they were 17.75" last time I measured. I'm following the PH3 program which includes calf work twice a week, but I don't do the BFR sets since I don't have BFR bands. Maybe they would be 18" by now if I had been including BFR since I started this program a year ago.0 -

Doing PH3 as well. Started it a while back but my schedule went out of whack so bad to stop. Just getting through week 2.1 -

How do you like it? I'm now on week 9 of my 4th cycle through the program. This time I'm going to repeat 3 weeks of the last phase to extend the program to coincide with my meet in January.0 -
Next week I'm back, finally fully back, to full Powerlifting programming. The QL, the hips, and the IT band are all pretty much recovered. For the last three weeks, I've been light squatting and that has really helped rehab the back. I'd wake every morning in a little less soreness and pain.
Tested deadlifts last week, just to see how everything felt.
And squats having been feeling good as well...
And of course bench has been consistent...
I've made the best of this injury time when I finally came to terms with it. I've retooled my squat and deadlift and I think going forward these lifts will be stronger and more efficient.7 -
Al said he didn't help at all. I failed this weight miserably last time, and it felt all but "easy" this time - came off the chest fast. 375 lb with 95 lb reverse bands.

Squat workout from Saturday night. Started the workout worn out, and it never really got better.

Playing around has gone well this week so far. Yesterday hit a beltless 137.5kg dead, and today a fairly easy 80kg front squat (actually hit 85, but didn't record it).

It was a good day yesterday. I feel like I can finally say that my deadlift is moving in a posistive direction. I've made a few tweaks to my setup that allows me to stay engaged pre, intra, and post lift and it's paying off! 515lbs for three singles.

525 lb Sumo Deadlift for a +20 lb. All-Time PR. Last time I pulled 500+ lbs I was 200 lbs bodyweight, and I'm currently 181 lbs. This was after my normal work sets of 1x5x315, 1x3x355, and 1x10x395, 1x1x435, 1x1x475, 1x1x500.
